During a free 20-minute consultation, we can get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy. You’ll have space to share what’s been feeling difficult and to ask any questions about the counselling process.
Together, we’ll see if we’re a good match for working together and if my approach aligns with your needs. This first conversation is simply a gentle beginning to your therapeutic journey, with no obligation to continue.

During Psychotherapy and Counselling sessions, I provide a safe and supportive space for you to slow down and make sense of what you’re going through. My approach is strength-oriented and collaborative, meaning I tailor our work together based on your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you, at a pace that feels comfortable and sustainable.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and challenges related to life transitions and parenthood. Women’s mental well-being is something I care deeply about, both personally and professionally. I’m especially passionate about supporting people who feel overwhelmed by new roles or misunderstood in their relationships.
Both Psychotherapy and Counselling can help you feel more balanced, confident, and connected - to yourself and to those around you. Counselling focuses on providing guidance, practical strategies, and encouragement, and often serves as a starting point for creating meaningful change and building resilience. Psychotherapy helps you better understand patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, and develop new ways of responding that feel more aligned and grounded.

Walk & Talk Therapy
50 minutes - $150/session
Step outside, breathe, and talk.
Walk & Talk Therapy takes our sessions outdoors, combining movement, nature, and conversation to support your emotional well-being. Walking side by side can make it easier to open up, release physical tension, and calm anxious thoughts. Movement also helps regulate stress hormones, improves mood, and reconnects you with your body and the present moment.
During our walks, we can work on:
• navigating emotional changes
• building confidence and self-compassion
• reducing stress and anxiety
• creating space for your own needs
You’re welcome to bring your baby or pet, your feelings and thoughts, your laughs and tears. The pace is gentle, the focus is you, and the benefits extend both to your mind and body.
