Therapy outdoors combines the natural positive effects of movement in nature with a therapeutic conversation to support your emotional well-being.
Please Note: Most extended health benefit plans cover services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) - please check your individual insurance plan. I provide clients with a receipt that they can submit directly to their insurance company.

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) based in Toronto. I offer individual psychotherapy for adults navigating transitions, stress, anxiety, and challenges around pregnancy and motherhood.
I blend evidence-based strategies with real-life experience to guide you with calm, compassion, and zero judgment.
My mission is to offer a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood - a place to slow down, make sense of things, and care for your own wellbeing.

Our work is collaborative. Together, we explore what feels most important to you, building on your existing strengths and experiences. My role is to support, offer perspective, and help you reach your goals in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.
Our conversations are mainly present-focused, centering around what’s happening in your life right now - the thoughts, feelings, and situations that are affecting your wellbeing. At times, we may reflect on past experiences to better understand what’s happening now.
