meet Carolin
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) based in Toronto. I offer individual psychotherapy for adults navigating transitions, stress, anxiety, and challenges around pregnancy and motherhood.
I blend evidence-based strategies with real-life experience to guide you with calm, compassion, and zero judgment.
My mission is to offer a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood - a place to slow down, make sense of things, and care for your own wellbeing.

Life transitions like pregnancy, motherhood and postpartum
Improving sleep
Reducing anxiety and depression
Improving relationships, including communication and boundaries
Managing stress and emotional overwhelm
Developing self-compassion and reducing guilt
Reconnecting with personal needs, values, and goals
Clients often report:
feeling lonely or disconnected
missing their independence or pre-baby routines
feeling like they “should be doing better”
feeling pressured by others’ expectations
feeling anxious about returning to work
striving to meet every need and fearing mistakes - at work or at home
finding it difficult to make decisions
Our work is collaborative. Together, we explore what feels most important to you, building on your existing strengths and experiences. My role is to support, offer perspective, and help you find ways of coping that feel realistic and sustainable.
Our conversations are mainly present-focused, centering around what’s happening in your life right now - the thoughts, feelings, and situations that are affecting your wellbeing. At times, we may reflect on past experiences to better understand what’s happening now.
Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all. I tailor each session to your unique needs, strengths, and goals so you feel supported in a way that truly fits you.
